If our products don’t meet your expectations, you may return them within 90 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.

  • You must contact support@shoppawfence.com before returning any items.

  • Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

đźš« Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Approved cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving it by following the return process above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shoppawfence.com with photos so we can make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
